Yield and economics of Integrated nutrient management in rice (Oryza sativa)- zero tillage finger millet (Eleusine coracana) cropping system

An experiment was conducted during the rainy (kharif) and winter (rabi) seasons of 2017–18 2018–19 on sandy loam soil Agricultural College, Acharya N.G. Ranga University, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, to evaluate economics rice (Oryza sativa L.)–zero tillage finger millet [Eleusine coracana (L.) Gaertn.] cropping system. The laid out in a randomized block design replicated thrice season rice, each treatment subdivided into 4 subtreatments hence, split-plot adopted season. highest grain yield (5,343, 5,465 5,404 kg/ha) recorded with 50% recommended dose fertilizer (RDF) + FYM @ 10 t/ha ZnSO4 50 kg/ha while season, 100% RDF resulted maximum (1,935, 2,038 1,986 (ragi) both years. gross returns (`100,010) net (`54,947) returns/rupee invested (1.24) were application t/ha+ kg/ha. In zero millet, (`52,172) (`28,539) per rupee (1.28) poultry manure 1.6 rice. Among different levels, (`56,072), (`32,157) (1.34) years pooled data.
